Because of the RAID array on the host server, no data has been lost and your website is functioning as normal.We do however need to replace the failed disk in the host server. This will require about 20 minutes of downtime because we need to shut down the host server to carry out this replacement. We are planning to carry out this maintenance at 15:00 GMT today 07/09/2010. Please accept our apologies for the downtime of your server. We hope that this small period of downtime will not cause too much inconvenience. |
We have just experienced a failure of one of the disks in the RAID array on one of our host servers. Please note that this will effect no more than 10 of our client websites. the majority of our clients will be uneffected.
